RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
1.0 GENERAL
You are entitled to the following options upon any return of your purchased item(s) subject to our terms and conditions below:
Prior to the returning of any purchased items, we would appreciate if you may notify us your reason and description (if possible). For your ease reference, we have distinguished the following reasons for your return of the purchased item(s):

| Defective | The product is faulty or not fully functioning as describing as in its manufacturer specification |
| Incorrect/wrong item | Item(s) delivered is not as per the item(s) ordered (e.g wrong size or wrong color) |
| Missing items/parts | There is missing item(s)/part(s) which is indicated in its packaging |
| Does not fit | The correct size or per ordered but does not fit the Customer |
| Marketplace content error | The product does not match specifications, description or image illustrated in the marketplace and is attributable to website error or misinformation |
2.0 ELIGIBILITY TO RETURN
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for returns are as follows:-
1. The product must be shipped back to us within seven (7) calendar days upon receipt or our return policy period shall lapsed thereafter;
2. You shall furnish the full proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, delivery note or bank statement);
3. The product is not listed in the non-returnable product list below;
4. The goods must be in the exact new condition upon receipt and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any other free gifts received with it;
5. The product must not have been used, installed or data input;
6. All sealed items shall not be opened.
In the event that you have opened the seal, kindly refer to the relevant service centre as indicated on your warranty card for further assistance.
NOTE: we shall not accept the return of any item(s) after 7 days upon receipt. Nonetheless, you still have the option for the item to be serviced at any of the designated service centres.
3.0 PROCESS TO RETURN MY PURCHASED ITEM
You shall abide by the five (5) steps below in order to return the purchased items:-
(a) Login to your account
(b) Go to "My orders"
(c) Pick the order to return and click "Return"
(d) Fill in the online return form
(e) Print out the return slip and attached it together with your purchased item in your returned package
Please send your returned package through our assigned courier service company (other courier service provides are also accepted) to:

Our online return form is only accessible upon the successful delivery of your purchased item . In the event that you still see the message stating "Item not yet delivered" upon receipt of your purchase item, kindly notify us at ch.global1817@gmail.com for our assistance. Please be informed that the system may require some time to update the status upon the delivery of your purchased item.
4.0 EXCHANGAEBLE GOODS
We only replace items if they are Damaged or Defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ch.global1817@gmail.com and send your item to our address.
5.0 QUALITY EVALUATION PROCESS
The replacement/refund process (whichever you opted for) shall commence upon our quality evaluation of your returned product.
Our quality evaluation process may take up to 5 business days.
6.0 TRACKING STATUS
You can track your return status by entering the tracking number provided by our logistic partners in their websites.
7.0 COST
You shall pay in advance for the shipment cost for returns and we shall refund or reimburse the same upon completion of the quality evaluation process and ascertain the validity of your returned item(s).
